“Burlington Police have released bodycam video showing an arrest of an 18 year-old woman last month, in which the woman claimed police misconduct. Officers initially found three girls unresponsive in a parking lot, likely high on substances. They confront the driver and she quickly becomes argumentative and belligerent. A few minutes later police decide to place her under arrest but she refuses to cooperate and tries to resist arrest. After a physical confrontation police eventually get her inside a police vehicle and charge her with disorderly conduct and assault on a police officer.”
