We modified our 200cc 5 speed Lifan shifter kart to try to hit 80 or more miles an hour on a go kart. If successful, it'll be the fastest speed we've ever achieved on a go kart. We hit 73 MPH a few weeks ago on an initial top speed run, but after adjusting the carburetor for a richer air to fuel ratio and adjusting the camber and toe to be better suited for high speeds.
