Law minister Ravi Shankar Prasad writes to CJI on Karnataka judge issue. Prasad’s letter states that a complaint of sexual harassment against a district Court Judge in Karnataka was not handled according to guidelines laid down by the Apex Court while considering his case for elevation to the High Court.
