Family of Man Who Lit Himself on Fire at Utah Gas Station Says Mental Healthcare System Failed Him

A 26-year-old man injured himself along with four other officers after lighting himself on fire at a Chevron in Kaysville, and his family says they`ve tried repeatedly to get him help.
