SC stays proceedings initiated by Kerala HC against senior IPS officer Jacob Thomas

Supreme Court (SC) stays contempt proceedings against Kerala senior IPS officer Jacob Thomas which was initiated by Kerala High Court for naming two of its judges in his complaint to CVC.
