CBSE paper leak: Raj Thackeray calls for boycotting exams, says it's govt's fault, not the students

MNS Chief Raj Thackeray has now appealed to the parents to boycott the re tests announced by the CBSE. He added that 'it's govt's fault, not the students. Why should they suffer?
