Bailey Davis, a former New Orleans Saints cheerleader claims she was fired for posting a picture of herself in a bodysuit.
Davis explained that the bodysuit was apart of a Halloween costume.
She also filed a complaint saying that the rules for cheerleader are stricter than for football players.
Cheerleaders are to avoid contacts with players. This isn't the same for players.
According to Business Insider, "The Saints players allegedly do not have to abide by... these rules."
