Syria: newly-displaced Ghouta evacuees arrive in Hama province

Buses carrying civilians and rebel fighters evacuated from Syria's Eastern Ghouta arrive in Qalaat al-Madiq in Hama province, with wounded and ill people then transferred to hospitals.
