A seal spotted at Rushcutters Bay Park in east Sydney on Tuesday, March 27, appeared to be enjoying a sunbathing session on some steps.

The Australian fur seal, which was first spotted on Saturday, is unlikely to return after the City of Sydney cordoned off the area, ABC reported.

Rescuers said th adult male appeared healthy, and warned the public that despite their adorable appearance, seals would bite with their sharp teeth if they felt threatened. Credit: Elly Stalenberg via Storyful
