Bhopal police have started a new trend of parading habitual offenders in the public and have been lauded by the locals for doing this. The cops made four gang-rape accused parade, do sit-ups in public and get slapped by women in the city. A girl student was gang-raped by the men, including a man who was known to her, near the Maharana Pratap area of Bhopal recently.
