Syrian rebels arrive in Hama after evacuating Eastern Ghouta

Syrian rebel fighters and civilians evacuated from Harasta, in Eastern Ghouta, arrive in the town of Qalat al-Madiq in Hama province to the south, where they are met with aid organisations and members of the Syrian Civil Defence.
