Up to six inches of snow fell around Washington on Wednesday, March 21, as part of a nor’easter that affected the northeast and mid-Atlantic states.
Four inches of snow fell at Reagan National Airport, which was the most to fall this late in the season since 1964, a news report said. The snow was tapering off by evening.
