Residents May be Forced to Sell Their Homes to Make Way for Wisconsin Manufacturing Facility

The future Foxconn plant in Wisconsin may soon sit on blighted land. The Village of Mount Pleasant is one step closer to giving the entire future site that designation -- a move that would make it easier to get property from unwilling sellers.
