A newly constructed pedestrian bridge in Miami collapsed onto traffic below at Florida International University. Officials say the bridge was designed to withstand a Category 5 hurricane, yet it crumbled onto at least eight vehicles passing underneath on Thursday. At least six deaths have been confirmed and several injured were taken to the hospital.
