Preparations are in full swing for a so-called "Track one-point-5" meeting in Finland,... an unofficial gathering of government officials and non-governmental experts from South Korea, North Korea and the U.S.
Largely expected to focus on the upcoming inter-Korean summit and U.S.-North Korea summit,... the secretive, closed-door meeting will be held for two-days starting Tuesday local time,.. and bring together six representatives from each of the three countries.. for a total of 18 delegates.
The list of attendees includes South Korean security experts, Pyongyang's deputy director-general for North American affairs, Choe Kang-il, and the former U.S. ambassador to South Korea Kathleen Stephens.
The involved parties will also decide on whether to hold these "Track one-point-5" meetings on a regular basis.
