Delhi HC gives relief to Young Indian Company; Co allowed to pay Rs 10 cr tax in instalments

Delhi High Court gives relief to young Indian Company with Rahul and Sonia Gandhi as main stakeholders. The company has been allowed to pay Rs 10 crore Income Tax (I-T) in instalments to the tax department.
