An eyewitness filmed a pedestrian bridge at Florida International University in Miami after it had collapsed onto a highway on March 15.
The Associated Press reported that “a new pedestrian bridge collapsed onto a highway at a Miami-area college Thursday, crushing at least five vehicles under massive slabs and killing several people, authorities said.”
