Woman Trying to Cheer Up 'Heartbroken' Husband Scammed by Puppy Seller

A New York woman says she was trying to purchase a puppy to cheer up her husband after their 15-year-old pug died. After sending money to a man claiming he was selling newborn pugs, she realized they had been scammed.
