KACHE KEEMA KE KABAB RECIPE | Smokey Kabab (Raw Minced Meat Kebab) (BBQ Style) in Urdu/Hindi/English By Urdu Recipe:
These are very delicious kache keeme ke kebab.Its amazing in flavor, just like BBQ style.You would have enjoyed many kinds of kebab recipes however when you eat a raw mince kebab, it is quite different in taste. Now make delicious kache keeme ke kababs

INGREDIENTS:
*Beef Mince (1 kg)
*Ginger Garlic Paste (1 tbsp heap)
*Salt (1 & 1/2 tsp)
*Gram Flour Roasted (10 tbsp)
*Yougert (1/4 cup OR 4 tbsp)
*Meat Tenderizer Powder (2 tsp)
OR Raw Papaya Paste(3 tsp heap)
*Onion Chopped (2 meduim)
*Green Chillies Chopped (7-8)
*Green Coriander Chopped (1 cup)
*Coal (for smoke)
SPECIAL GRINDED MASALA FOR KACHE KEEME KE KABAB:
*Cashew nuts (8) OR Poppy Seeds (2 tsp)
*Cumin (2 tsp)
*Anise Star (1)
*Black Cardamom (4)
*Black Pepper (15-18)
*Cinnamon Stick (1" of 2)
*Green Cardamom (6)
*Nutmeg (1/4 part)
*Cloves (6)
METHOD:
Step#1
All this ingredients (Poppy Seeds OR Cashew nuts, Cumin, Anise Star, Black Cardamom, Black Pepper, Cinnamon Stick, Green Cardamom, Nutmeg & Cloves) Put in Coffee grinder and make a finely powder.
Step#2
All this ingredients (Onion, Green Chillies & Green Fresh Coriander ) put in a Chopper and choperize OR chopped with the help of knief.
Step #3
Take a bowl add beef mince, ginger garlic paste, salt, gram flour, yougert, meat tenderizer powder OR raw papaya paste, all grinded powder & chopped ingredients (onion, green chillies, green fresh coriander). Mix well combined.
Step#4
Add burn coal put on aluminum foil or any small glass cup and drip 1-2 drops of oil & cover for 5 mins.
Step#5
Make a shape (as you want)
Step#6
Take a frying pan OR tawa add oil and shallow fry (low flame) until light golden in colour (both side)
Step#7
