UK condemns 'brazen and reckless' nerve agent attack on Russian spy

The UK is investigating the origin of the nerve agent used to poison Russian ex-double agent Sergei Skripal and his daughter Yulia. Home Secretary Amber Rudd has called it a 'cruel' attempted murder.
