Rick Ross Released From Hospital According to TMZ, the rapper has been released and allowed to return home early Monday morning, where he is allegedly continuing to receive care. Last week, Ross was hospitalized after a resident from his Miami home called 911, claiming he was "breathing heavy" and "unresponsive." TMZ reported he visited two different hospitals for a pre-existing respiratory condition, which would be pneumonia-related. There were conflicting reports that Ross was on life support, but his family denied those claims along with the fact that he was never hospitalized to begin with. Ross has a history of seizures, most recently suffering two within a six-hour period back in 2011.
