This is the second video in the chords 101 , make sure you watch DAY 1 - Half steps and whole steps.\r
It covers everything you need to know to build major and minor chords.\r

There are 12 major chords and 12 minor chords, 24 total.\r
They all look different, white keys, black keys, etc. \r
but the easier way to remember all the chords is these two formulas: 4+3 & 3+4\r
\r
To find each chord, count up the half steps:\r
Major Chords = 4half steps + 3half steps\r
Minor Chords = 3half steps + 4half steps
