Eastern Ghouta: Russia's truce plan fails to help Syrians

A unilateral five-hour ceasefire decreed by Russia to pause the violence and permit the delivery of aid or encourage any civilians to escape from the besieged enclave east of Damascus, home to some 400,000 people, has failed to stop the fighting.
