Arsene Wenger denies reports linking Arsenal with a move for out-of-favour Chelsea defender David Luiz in January. The Gunners boss also confirms the club have not received any bids for Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez as of yet and vows to replace any departing play with "top-quality" additions.
