Neil Warnock defends decision not to shake referee's hand

Crystal Palace boss Neil Warnock, who is a qualified referee, has defended his decision to tell his players not to shake the hand of referee Craig Pawson after the 2-1 defeat against Chelsea at Selhurst Park.
