The Ohio River crested in Cincinnati on Monday, February 26, but flooding was expected to continue for several days. It was the highest the river has reached since 1997, a news report said.
The river was expected to fall to minor flooding level on Friday, but rain in the forecast was expected to keep flood levels up through the week.
