Existing private equity investors will sell partial stake in the company which will fetch another Rs500-800 crore, thus taking the total issuance size to over Rs 1500 crore. The company has been backed by Sequoia Capital, Bessemer Venture Partners, Ascent Capital and The Rohatyn Group.
