निकाय चुनाव के दूसरे चरण में इटावा, फर्रुखाबाद, बांदा और ललितपुर में सुबह मतदान पर सर्दी का असर दिखा लेकिन 10 बजे के बाद लाइनें लंबी हो गईं। सुबह सर्दी के बावजूद पहला मत डालने की होड़ रही।
