Indiana Family Sues DCS After Their Child Was Nearly Taken Away Over Cannabidiol Oil Treatment

A family has filed a lawsuit against the Department of Child Services after two workers allegedly tried to take away their daughter for treating her seizures with cannabidiol (CBD) oil.
