Guild Wars 2 Desert Highlands Transcendent Bay Mastery & POI

In the Transcendent Bay area in the Desert Highlands of Guild Wars 2, there are both a Mastery and POI to be discovered. You will need a lvl 3 Skimmer, lvl 3 Springer and a lvl 3 Raptor as we head out from the Brightwater Waypoint.
