Argentina Navy Rescues Injured Crew Member of Fishing Vessel

An Argentina Navy helicopter crew rescued an injured crew member of the fishing vessel Madre Inmaculada near the southern Argentina city of Comodoro Rivadavia on Friday, February 9.

According to a local report, the 45-year-old man on board was hit by a stainless steel gutter and began suffering severe headaches and hypertension. The captain of the vessel requested assistance and sailed to Comodoro’s port, where the naval helicopter airlifted and transferred the injured man to the Regional Hospital of Comodoro Rivadavia for medical attention.
