Foraging for Pine Mushrooms or Matsutake Mushrooms in British Columbia. After some research online I was ready to go on the search for the elusive Pine Mushroom. I hadnt been picking mushrooms in years and wanted to introduce my family to foraging for delicious fungi. Turns out we found some great spots without even having to search too much.
