Ran a 25 mile run from McCallister Park to Hardberger Park and back. Ended up running further than I planned but worth it. Had ultimate Keto coffee before the run which is 2 tablespoons butter, 2 tablespoons coconut oil, 2 eggs, collagen peptides, and stevia that's blended in coffee. Over a period of time, the long runs become easier and more enjoyable. Cheers!
