A building collapses in front of a moving car on a street in Taiwan following Tuesday night's earthquake.
In the dash-cam video, filmed on a mobile phone, the building topples near the cars on Guosheng Street in Hualien yesterday (February 6).
Dash-cam footage shows the entire building collapsed. Cars narrowly avoided the rubble while dust flies everywhere.
At least four people have died and more than 200 injured in quakes that have rocked the island's east coast since February 4.
