Turkey’s Anadolu Agency said on February 5 that a Turkish armed convoy was in western Aleppo, where Turkey aims to establish a “a fourth observation point.”
The move was part of the establishment of “de-escalation zones” in the Aleppo-Idlib region, as agreed between Turkey, Iran and Russian in talks held in Astana last year.
