ShapeShift Modular Holster Sand Test - Alien Gear Holsters

Wondering just how tough the ShapeShift OWB holster is? It gets an awful lot of hype as far as the function goes...but instead of just telling you, why don't we show you? We put this holster through its paces in testing, but we decided to capture aspects of those tests on video to show you just how tough this holster - and the ShapeShift Modular Holster System - really is.

You can see the ShapeShift Paddle OWB Holster and other products on our homepage: http://aliengearholsters.com/

The sand test is fairly simple. We take the ShapeShift OWB Holster and dunk in a bin full of sand. We cover it up, like a relic buried in the desert. We make sure that every nook and cranny gets sand in it. Then we took it out and tested it for function.

As you can see, it works perfectly.

The holster sand test puts the holster in non-ideal environments, to test whether a gun can be drawn or inserted into the holster if filled with dirt or sand.

And it can.

We also wanted to test to see if the belt attachment would still function, which it definitely did. While we designed the belt attachment to hold tight and securely, we also designed it to function in nearly any conditions. While subjected to sand, it still holds together.

You'll also notice the holster can be fully disassembled and reassembled when subjected to sand.

The ShapeShift Modular Holster System is designed to be as functional as a holster can possibly be. It's designed to carry through nearly any condition imaginable.

It also comes with a lifetime warranty and a 30 Day Test Drive trial period. Take that time to put it through your own tests.
