An eleven-year-old Australian girl demonstrated her engineering skills recently by converting an old golf buggy into a cool electric go kart.
With her science teacher father supervising, Mikalah removed the old seat and fitted new batteries.
Next, she cut a plywood base with a jig saw and screwed into place a plastic seat.
Finally, she adjusted the steering column and away she went, racing around the family property in Terrigal, north of Sydney.
