The Flip or Flop stars, who share two kids, Taylor, 7, and Braydon, 2, have been court ordered to withhold from making “any disparaging or derogatory remarks about the other party in the presence of the minor children or either of them.”
What's more — according to the final order — in order to keep the peace they've also agreed to keep their minor children away from anyone who might bash either parent. “The parties shall not permit the minor children to be in any place where any person (regardless of whether such person is a relative, friend or significant other) is making disparaging or derogatory remarks about the other party.”
Furthermore, the duo will share joint legal custody of the kids. Tarek gets Taylor and Braydon each week from Wednesday starting at 3pm through Saturday until 5pm, but during the summer vacation time Tarek will get the kids at Noon on Wednesday.
