OJ Simpson claimed Fred Goldman is "shattering" his attempts to live a normal life by continuously dragging him to court for money he still does not have, RadarOnline.com can confirm.
According to court documents obtained by Radar, Simpson said Fred Goldman is "abusing" a court process by going after rights to any money he might make from any future enterprises. The former football player, actor and convicted felon said Goldman and his attorneys have continuously harassed him despite the fact that he has not worked or has made any money since he was released from a Nevada state prison late last year. (The Juice spent nine years in prison for a botched robbery and was paroled on Oct 1.)
Goldman filed a motion in November to stop Simpson from dodging the $33.5 million judgement in the wrongful death suit concerning Goldman's son, Ron. Under the motion, Goldman is asking the court to obtain the rights from any revenue the disgraced athlete could make from any autograph or memorabilia signing, promotion, or other commercial enterprises.
has been spotted in Las Vegas bars and nightclubs over the past few months. He was allegedly kicked out of the Cosmopolitan Hotel for drunken antics, though Simpson has vehemently denied any wrongdoing and said he plans to sue the venue.
