Butter Paneer Masala Recipe By Shweta's Flavours
It's a very quick and easy recipe with very less ingredients.
Panner 200 gms
Onion 1 chopped
Tomato 1 chopped
4 green chillies chopped
Ginger garlic crushed 2 tsp
Ghee 2 tsp
Fresh coriander chopped
Haldi pwd 1 tsp
salt 1 tsp
chili flakes 1 tsp
Kitchen king masala 1 tsp
water 1 glass
Butter 2tsp optional
Method:
Heat ghee in a pan and add chopped onion and saute
Add chopped tomato and as it becomes tender add crushed ginger garlic paste
Now add all dry masalas and then add water
Cover with lid for 15 mins till all water evaporates
Add fresh coriander and stir
Add paneer cubes and again cover for 2 mins
Tts ready to serve
