The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has thrown out the state's latest congressional district lines, following a suit that alleged partisan gerrymandering.
The Republican-controlled legislature created the current map in 2011.
But that congressional map clearly violated the state's constitution, according to the top court, and was struck down.
