Wrong-Way Driver Was 'Doing Donuts,' Apparently Trying to Hit Cars Before Fatal Crash: Witnesses

All eastbound lanes of the 210 freeway in Los Angeles were shut down Monday after a woman allegedly stole a car with a child in it and began driving the wrong way down the road, causing a fatal crash.
