Mother to Serve Eight Years for Beating Child with Baseball Bat

A Virginia mother will spend the next eight years behind bars after she beat her child with a baseball bat. The 11-year-old girl told authorities that she was beat because she told her mom`s boyfriend she had gone out with another man.
