07 Healthy Foods, Fruits & Vegetables for the Eyes.

Increase Vitamin 'E' in your diet, to prevent and delay the growth of Cataracts. Here are suggested foods, to improve sight, and to reduce the risk of Eyes disease.
#1. Carrot.
Surely, the best food for healthy eyes is carrot, a disease fighting vitamin A. It also reduces the risk of cataracts, and macular degeneration (Eye Disease). Like carrots, other orange foods, such as sweet potatoes, mangos, cantaloupe, and apricots provide healthy doses of vitamin A.
