To use 1989 Batmobile, youll need to clear all of the streets of the drones tanks. Theres no Battle Mood for the 1989 Batmobile, so that means you wont be able to use the the Batmobile in the beginning of the story and missions that involves tanks. However, the Keaton skin can be used anytime.
