Police have released new chilling information about Naya Rivera's alleged attack on estranged hubby Ryan Dorsey, and according to the police report obtained exclusively by RadarOnline.com the fight was ignited after the Glee actress LET GO of their son Josey's stroller, letting it roll a whopping five feet downhill before Dorsey managed to catch it.

As readers know, Rivera, 31, was arrested during a Thanksgiving meltdown after allegedly assaulting Dorsey, 34, who called cops on the actress for "getting physical" and for her "out of control behavior." Dorsey can be heard in the explosive 911 call pleading with police to come to the scene of the incident.
Rivera was cuffed and charged with misdemeanor domestic battery, but on Friday, January 12 the charge was dismissed because Dorsey did not want go forward with the prosecution.
But more explosive details have been released. According to the responding officer of the Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office, “Dorsey stated Rivera wanted to show him and their child something cool. Dorsey advised he had a strange feeling about what Rivera wanted to show them, due to the fact Rivera normally had a strict bedtime of 7:00pm for their child and it was already after 9:00pm. Dorsey began to video record with his cell phone whatever she was about to show them.”
filed for divorce from Dorsey just days after the dispute, and court documents obtained by Radar at the time revealed she asked the judge for joint legal and physical custody of their son, and asked that neither party be awarded spousal support.
