It appears Mike “the Situation” Sorrentino has had a change of heart.
It was only days ago when it was reported that the former Jersey Shore star rejected a plea deal in his tax evasion case and was staring at a possible 20 years in prison.
Well, according to reports, Mike and his brother have accepted some deal and plead guilty to tax evasion.
The former reality TV star is being charged with tax evasion, structuring funds, and falsifying records.
If convicted, Mike could face a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison for each count and another five years in prison for the tax evasion charge.
The brothers also face a statutory max sentence of five years in prison on the conspiracy count, plus a period of supervised release, restitution, and monetary penalties.
Yep… talk about a situation all right.
