A winter storm that has brought record low temperatures to parts of the southern region in the United States has left at least four people dead. The brutally cold weather has also coated roads with ice, snapped power lines and caused school closings. According to tracking service Flightaware.com, Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport has cancelled about 350 flights as of Wednesday afternoon.
