Margaret Josephs is facing foreclosure over her $1.4 million house, RadarOnline.com exclusively learned, with bombshell court documents revealing that a bank wanted to “recover possession” of the home.

Just like Teresa Giudice, who almost lost her house to foreclosure, The Real Housewives of New Jersey star was hit with the court filing on January 11, 2018 after Unity Bank began the foreclosure proceedings on her 7,851 square ft. mansion.
“Notice is hereby given of the commencement and pendency of a suit in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery division, Bergen County, entitled as above, the general object of which is to foreclose on certain Mortgages covering two separate premises described on the attached Schedules A and B, which Mortgages were made by defendant Joseph Beningo and Margaret M. Katona-Josephs to Unity Bank,” the court documents obtained by Radar stated.
Josephs and her husband purchased the 7-bedroom 8-bathroom home in 2016, taking out two mortgages to finance the luxury abode, according to the court records.
Josephs was sued by a company for counterfeiting, demanding that she pay them a whopping $9.4 million in another bombshell lawsuit.
Josephs was locked in a nasty lawsuit with Vineyard Vines apparel company long before she ever set foot on the Bravo show, after they sued her for copying their clothes and logo.
