CAIR Office in Washington, D.C. Evacuated Over Suspicious Mail, Several Quarantined

An office of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) in southeast Washington, D.C. has been evacuated and several people have been quarantined after a powdery substance was received by mail.
